First Green Fashion Show

Green Fashion hits Miami
Miami Beach home to the FIRST GREEN FASHION SHOW 2009.
(March 25, 2009, Miami Beach, Fl)‐ Green Fashion Miami hits the runway with eco‐friendly, eco‐fabulous designs in conjunction with Funkshion Music and Fashion.
Ten of the top designers from Latin America and the United States will be presenting a collection made of eco‐friendly and recycled materials.
Among the designers participating in this Eco‐Fashion forward event are:
• Federico Visuetti ( Panama)
• Franovik (Venezuela)
• Adam Hernández / Jose Alfredo ( Puerto Rico)
• Lara Miller (USA)
Contestants of Miss Universe, Miss International, Miss World and Miss Earth pageants will be the models for the designers in a magical night where Creativity, Beauty and Green will be the main characters.
The final line‐up of models and designers will be announced in the first press conference that is going to take place on February 26th at Ocean Blue Plastic Surgery, One of the main sponsors.
We are also fortunate to count with the support from University of Miami Hospital, and Miami International University of Art and Design.
Green Fashion Miami will create awareness of all the changes taking place in our planet; we will present a different view and prospective regarding great fashion trends in order to contribute helping our environment.
