Triantafyllia Sarantinou winner of the 19th Peloponnnhsiaka Kallisteia Loytraki 2009 / Peloponnesian Beauty Pageant is the new representative of Greece for Miss Earth.  Triantafyllia, fondly called as "Filio" was crowned ΣΤΑΡ ΠΕΛ or Star Peloponnese 2009 on 22 August 2009. There were 16 beauties who competed in the pageant.
